Only one person working the counter. Idk what the hell is going on.
Please, She made 9.1 million last year total comp. How much suffering is giving up 1.45 million salary going forward compared to what everyone else loses?
SEC filing 30 min. ago. Kathy did give up her salary. Forward looking statements.

How is the revenue management department doing? Are there significant cuts there, or in analytics, forecasting, etc.?
Anything happening with car sales?
She didn’t give up any salary and neither did any executives, I was there at that time and would have been in a position to know.
Breaking!!!! 3/26/20 @ 11am est
Marinelli or Marinello and Paul the Bonehead Stone, we don’t know and don’t care has taken steps to take the second step of furloughs and never even cut Management yet and also kept trainees? Really Hertz???
TY ou haven’t had the balls yet to even send mass emails on explaining what you plan is from today going on. Complete joke of a corporation and big Management. You treated us like sh– and will always. People. Go to Avis or Better yet enterprise when things pick up.
I hope they get called back too. Just what exactly did she give up? I see the 8 million as reported in the proxy. Can you explain?
My mom was laid off and she worked in Marketing. She was there over 10 years. She's devasted.
Good luck all - be safe, be proud.
Kathy did give up her salary which was reported as 1.45mil in 2018 (8mil with bonuses and stock options). Other executives also gave up portions of their salaries. I'm hoping with the regulations set by the stimulus, those furloughed will be called back asap.
The stimulus bill requires companies to keep their staff at 90 percent staffing level as of 4/24 in order to receive any funds. So, looks like Hertz will get nothing from the government like they deserve after sticking their hand out. The management never would have gone for the pay clamp down anyway. Does anyone else see the irony on this? I feel so sorry for everyone getting laid off and still stuck there but can’t help but laugh that the company will fail as a result of how they have treated others. You reap what you sow.
Everyone in the Hertz Ivory Tower call Estero should be let go. It has always been the most toxic place to work anyway. They took Forida's free money to build it because they promised 700 jobs. I let Florida know that the most that have ever worked their was 617. Hertz loved to say people worked their and never even walked into the building. kathy is just as bad as the CEO before her. They should fire her and all of her cronies to save the company. She has treated so many people so badly. But she says that if a man treated people this way no one would even care. So is the meanest women in business I have ever come across. She is a bully among bullies and I hope all the legal things she has attempted on previous Executives comes ten fold upon her.
F— this company. Other companies like Avis have issued statements that Executives and Senior Management would take significant pay cuts. Has Hertz done this? Of course not! Instead they furlough and lay-off all staff and lower level workers in the field and Corporate while Kathy (CEO), Jamere (CFO), and other executives continue to use the corporate jet and incur significant expenses.
Also, the fact that Hertz had to lay-off works just 20 days into the US pandemic shows how sh–ty this company is due to mismanagement!
Good luck all and F— Hertz.
Sales Department has been hit hard. Please stay positive through this global situation.
