Have you figured out yet that when you don’t allow people to work from home and eventually have to close a site that Lal will use it against you and your quest for CEO/COO?

Look at Ram's MO. He comes into every business that he has been in, rips out everyone that knows anything. He uses that for an excuse for under performing for 6 months. Then he adds a lot of hand picked chart monkey know nothings (see Actuation Technologies... what a joke). Then he rides having all new guys as an excuse for a year, then he gets promoted and repeats not having to deal with the mess that he has made. Look at Bettis, GC, Ref, Fisher, actuation technologies and now at a broader scale. If he ever become CEO sell all of your stock if you still hold any.

Ram specifically doesn’t care. There is no care or concern about Final Control employees. While some other BUs have allowed work from home, Final Control has pushed that all employees get back to the office. The explanation from my leader: Farr is here, PEG is here. Im quite sure Farr and PEG have plenty of room in their carpeted ivory tower to avoid the virus. Meanwhile me and cubicle mates huddled with masks all day while we could all easily do our jobs more effectively at home.
Ram is either getting really bad counsel or he is a very poor leader.
