Deal was canceled because of numerous objections. it was a underhanded attempt to scam the courts and interested parties. read court records!! Unfair to workers ,bond holders. Once again management of both trying to rip off whoever they could!!! Scumbags

The OP seems to imply that DFA pulled out the original deal so I think it is safe to say they will pick less than 10 plants

Your narrative is not legit. All that happened is the court denied DFA the exclusive bidding rights. Now anyone interested can bid. DFA will still submit their bid and probably other interested parties will bid as well. We are only speculating but I doubt DFA will get all 44 plants it wanted, maybe at the most they will get 12-20 plants. The rest will go to other buyers.
