Do you know if we are covered under Workers Comp if we get infected at work? I am in California.

Yes, you can be covered. If Person A works at your store, is infected, interacts with you, you can prove it.
If you could prove it happened at work.
Which would probably be impossible.
If you went grocery shopping, or used an atm, bought gas, rode a bus, etc. those are all vectors.
