They are not consistent in who they deem frontline. Some ate getting screwed out of it.
how Many Frito lay employees does it take to stock shelves at your local grocery store???

1 to drive the Frito truck and 62 arseHats to micro manage him and tell him what to do. Frito senior leadership needs to go. Next round of layoffs right here
I new this place was badddd news when I was a part time merchandiser in riverside. They offered me full time and I said hell no! If I wanted to be a slave working for slave wages I would move to North Korea. Pepsi was the worst seasonal job I ever had and now I run a 711.
Count the money, deliver the product. When you're dead we will fill your job, i have no loyalty to ramon and his minions
Always amazes me how Pepsi employees continue to dream. Nobody cares who gets sick as long as your moving them cases. Stock price has dropped over 30 bucks. Company has devalued by 30% in the past month and is struggling to stay alive. PepsiCo is borrowing massive amounts of money just to meet payroll obligations. Layoffs and cost cutting will be ruthless now. You are a disposable asset my friend. Move them cases or get out of the way! Looking back, I am grateful for my package and will avoid all the political infighting that is brewing. The bulk of support was moved offshore which is now sadly being ravaged by the virus of the century. Unemployment will hit record highs for the next few years. No, people will not be lining up to fill their carts with pop and chips. Looking back PepsiCo made irresponsible decisions over the past 7 years to decentralize control. They sacrificed loyalty for greed. Those who would have given their blood to get the company threw this were tossed aside and are gone. So my friends, enjoy your struggle, it is well deserved. Yup the rah rah and loyalty “we can do this together” chants are in full tilt. Echos from the past from those who were spit on by this once great company. The ship is sinking while your leaders have cashed their rewards and shortly will announce they are moving on and will leave this mess for someone else to clean up. Just as predicted. What a mess.
Hazard pay should be a mandatory for anyone who is a frontline employee.
Think of how bad off we would be if those who work in the grocery stores, or driving the transport trucks, or working in the warehouses, etc. would not be working. While many of us have the option to work from home, first responders, the cashiers at your grocery store, and countless others do not and should get rewarded extra for doing their work during these trying times.
