Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Sell off before the furloughs

Jeff Miller and the boys in the board probably knew all this was going to happen. The Stock has been dropping because they have been selling off their stock shares like crazy to get enough cash. Now they announce furloughs. It is unclear if they will get a cut too. Who can prove that? Anyway, for us mortals there are two choices to be made: Find another Job or stick around for at least 60 days until our salaries go back to normal. Honestly , I just dont think it will happen. I think the company is going to continue loosing money and do more lay offs later on. for me its time to move on and never look back.

Layoffs are here. No one is safe. No word on the Executive team cutting their salaries and bonuses. Just hurting the hardworking people who actually run the company. The entire management team should be run off for poor actions.

Incorrect. Look at Dave Lesar in 2Q 2014 and that is the classic pump and dump. What is going on now is the perfect storm of external factors. Majority of NorthBelt Office has no clue what a downturn and layoffs are like. You have every other week off with unemployment payments of $479 to cover lost week wages with benefits. A layoff is 2008 and 2015.

Go move back with your parents milllenials. No one is impressed you rent in the Heights or Uptown and have a dog your responsible for.
