Walmart a place where you will be treated like dirt , used and abused. We will take time away from your family work you like a dog . We will even pay you low wages and expect a lot out of you. After we are done using you will we terminate you . If you like these benefits apply at your local Walmart.

The walmart of today is not the walmart of yesteryear. No retail company is like they used to be. Retail and business in general has changed and if businesses don't change they will be out of business. I understand those of you who have been with the company for a long time not liking the changes but if these changes are not made then walmart cannot compete and they will cut hours, employees and close stores. So if you can find a new business to work for that has what walmart is giving you then go get that job.

You can work hard and bust your butt for years with this company and when their done with you they replace you with a know nothing. So noone got terminated here it's the direction this company is heading.

In my experience as a Store Manager with Walmart.
The company is now like many.
They really couldn’t care less.
There was a time that the company was something special to its employees, and their communities.
After 15 years, and terrific pay.
I started feeling embarrassed.
I joined a smaller privately owned chain of stores.
I’m passionate about service and respect for your people.
So are they.
I love my job now like I once did Walmart.
Customer service goes a long way.
Walmart thinks that commercial will convince people that they care.
Go shopping in any one of their stores.
It’s just not true.
Sounds like someone is mad about getting terminated in my experience if you work hard you get rewarded by either bonuses or promotions
