Eric has already accepted a job offer from DFA
I work for saputo and they are talking about getting all of the plants on the western states
WRONG. And. I have no idea what you are talking about. But, I am part of a regional dairy operation in the Midwest. And. I can confirm we have submitted a substantial bid that beats DFA for a portion of Land O Lakes division. I can not say anymore.
Look it up mr thinks he knows it all !! It's on epiq bankruptcy website. or cant you read or Google info ??
Wrong. you may be an uneducated and disgruntled worker, but don't post fake news. The bidding procedures and auction were APPROVED by judge today. He's a rubber-stamp judge, sits on his fat butt all day and approves anything they feed him. Crooked to the core, always sides with company CEO, Ch. 11 lawyers and sticks it to the common man. You won't get nothing from this judge, he stinks.
Amen hopefully dfa get left out in cold with the under the table deal they were trying to pull off
I can’t say the company I work for. But, I can confirm. They have submitted a substantial bid for the Land O Lakes division currently owned by Dean Foods. They have a strong supply of local trucks and dairy farms to supply the raw milk to those plants in order to get dairy products to regional customers in the Midwest.
It's about to end...

Docket #1167
Bids are due March 30 at noon CST. The Debtors will file on the docket copies of all bids
received, including the designation of Successful Bidder(s) and Alternate Bidders(s) for
the Bid Assets, by no later than March 30, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. (prevailing Central Time).
A hearing to consider proposed Sale Order(s) and Sale Transaction(s) will be held before the Court on April 3, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. (prevailing Central Time).
Maybe the Ad Hoc Group of bondholders will make bids or they just want protections removed from the Stalking Horse designation to allow for competitive bids to DFA to see if anyone else comes forward. Maybe some parties will bid on a limited group of plants and see how that plays out relative to DFAs bid for 40+ plants.
The CEO is as mush of a dunderhead dodo as the rest of Dean Food workforce. Crackerjack can't make sh– happen. That why no one interested in acquring this DUMP - too much baggage - unions, pension issues, can't make profit from selling milk. And they never diversified into high margin businesses.. sch a bunch of id–ts. Doomed to fail for many years and now finally happening.
Link or document number please? Can't find it.
What page is this on.
This is headed to a CH7 Fast. Deans is going to run out of money. Erics email yesterday is just more BS to fool everyone. DFA isn't the stlaking horse ok, but if they bid on March 30 they still will be denied by DOJ. Flip side, they want out an Eric doesn't want panic from his minions.
