Is it okay for my TL to delay my JD because of this temporary pay increase? My TL says she won't consider mine or my teammate's until the end of April, even though they were submitted last week.

You will get retro paid back to the day you handed it in.
Go and talk to your store leadership. We understand TLs are busy with what is going on but JDs need to be done within 14 of your anniversary. It should be based on your pay prior your $2 because the $2 is temporary. But I could be wrong bout which one to use $15 or $17. Check with your stl asap.
That is not correct. Your TL needs to check with Store Leadership/Team Member Services. We’re being asked to make sure all our TM JDs are up to date in my store.
It doesn't matter. You will get retro paid back until the date it was turned in. Talk to your generalist/tmss and make sure everyone is following the correct procedure and to be sure you don't get screwed.
