Just think of how things would have played out if Apache would have merged with Anadarko back in 2015 when it was rejected.

Totally. That worked out great for Oxy.
But to be fair... our (I'm Legacy Anadarko) offer was basically market value, so even we were baffled that the offer was made.
At these prices, who cares?
