Just talked to an asm today and he had said yesterday we only did 40 grand. He had said in some kind of phone call that lowes will not be closing early like HD has not will we close down in any firm or fashion. The call briefly mentioned the above and mainly was about sales business as usual. I came in and it's like I stepped into a non panic parallel universe. Customers are not worried shopping as usual neither is managment. All about the credit apps pushing surveys ect So basically no one gives a sh– unreal. All that matters to them is the money.

I believe that all Lowes Home improvements should stay open to a certain extent up until 5pm or 6pm everywhere. This is a pandemic and we as co workers are risking our lives going each day, even if we are cleaning and trying to avoid this deadly illness. Lowes cooperate needs to do better than this, have some consideration for their employees if in fact they care, and not be thinking of just work work work.. Smh
Yeah, they mentioned the same thing on the CC this morning. In fact, they want to increase hours to the stores to hire more people.
