Thread regarding Dean Foods Co. layoffs

Coronavirus.....

So it looks like we're in quite an interesting predicament. Chapter 11 and then possible chapter 7 or the DFA deal going through. It looks like certain States or shutting down for the meet time. Or setting down for a certain extent. Will this have any effect on Dean Foods and the buyout? Thoughts and concerns? May still look like a month of possible results of all of this to come to the conclusion, or is it just business as usual

Now, banks are going to be even more cautious about where they invest.

The virus makes it more likely the DFA deal happens.

this company is and was always run by mo–nS... make that EPSILON MINUS mo–nS... its the milk industry stupid, no one is smart let alone has an iota of brains. They will bungle this opportunity too and instead of coming out stronger like the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, these fools will sink deeper and finally declare ch. 7 .... brilliant ain't it. No one is going to rescue this dump.

One of the biggest customers we have is school milk delivery and that is a big hit from this I can’t imagine the amount of money they are losing out on

Might shut the court down and result in running out of money to continue operations, but can't see any businesses that are part of supplying food products shutting down unless there is an outbreak of the virus among the workers that leaves no other options.
