Hearing about furloughs in Houston. Week on/ week off. Anyone have details

Good luck with that. They say India is about to get bombed with Coronavirus cases
You can bet that over the next 60 days they will push as much as possible to India and when the furlough is over the layoffs will begin.

every other week will not be paid. this is better than being laid off. will take it in a snap.
It’s true. Beginning next Monday for 60 days. One on (with pay), one off (without). Impacts all divisions at NB campus, except executive management.
Was told NB was furloughed to avoid laying off, but other locations especially field camps will get hit hard. That’s just the rumor that is going around though can’t confirm it
Any other sites beside north belt furloughed?
Dam, remember DMC furloughed yrs ago it was like a total week stretched out 7 or 8 weeks, dam 1on 1 off gonna be tough.
Not if your furloughed because you are technically still employed
Should be able to claim unemployment for that week off.
