Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

In case you are wondering what others are doing

I was surprised to see so few companies have so far implemented any coronavirus-related measures. Mostly it's just a few hours shaved off here and there. Not sure for how long that'll be enough, though.

We havent cleaned anything. We are told that all we are to do is stock and zone. No word on any cleaning. We are at risk!

Why doesn't Walmart, Target, etc... change the hours from 9am-9pm. Give employees time to restock and really CLEAN. It makes no since for the majority of employees to be there with the customers at the same time. Small groups of 10 or less, not at stores we are exposing ourselves needlessly. Eliminate the possibility of bigger crowds than needed. Give older people a couple of hours to shop. Also promote pickup and delivery more. Most of all limit the amount of water, bread, meats, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.... with signs stating such.
