Chk hired that team years ago and theyhave worked on their council ever since, way to distort facts reuters and co. !
Finally some of that AKM debt can be written off!!!!!!!
FEB just cut interest rate to 0, CHK might want to take advantage of that to restructure the debt for lower interest.

Yes. The end is near. Chesapeake has enlisted restructuring lawyers at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and investment bankers at Rothschild & Co who specialize in reworking debt.
