I don't understand the original post, as far as I'm concerned we have the best job at the store level there is. We work closely with red vest/ store Management, never leave a mess, communicate exactly what were doing and take responsibility when we do leave something forgotten behind. We do not leave a cart with clearance or NOP items laying around or leave steel on the ground. As usual, some of us have taken "I don't report to the store" as a reason to get away with as much as possible.
I explain every morning the "other side of the coin", staffing with new system horrible, don't expect not to help customers, don't expect help, don't expect a thank you for anyone but me, stay safe and stay busy. If we don't complete tasks and service requirements this week …..they can let me go its on me and not you.. My goal is to have a team want to come into work, this is not a job that should stress any MSA out. If you can't stay busy for at least 7 hours a day with this job, then we need to find a better fit. I don't like Lowe's but love my store, if I didn't....I'd promote myself to customer.

A few frequent posters like to complain about MST constantly, OP included. They're obsessed and want to smear the entire group of people every chance they get.

With all these schools closing MST will lose man hours. They can not afford to lose bodies. It's not like when a red vest calls out....things need to get done and if not they just pile up.

tasks should be suspended and allowed to finish gettingready for spring and then service to take care of customers butbitnwont happen....corporate just does not care
