You may just have limited availability which is simply capping your hours. Try opening up your availability using the form which could take 3 weeks (if they put it into system in a timely manner). Alternatively, if you get the schedule app, you can try picking up available shifts. Best of luck!
Get out now while you can. This company is going down hill fast. Get out now and don't be a lifer!! I am with Walmart 28 years and I should have left ALONG time ago!! It isn't family oriented anymore.
