Surround yourself with people that push you to do better. No drama or negativity. Just higher goals and higher motivation. Good times and positive energy. No jealousy or hate. Simply bringing out the absolute best in each other as teammates.
CareFirst has lost it's way and forgotten it's core mission. A duty to the community and it's associates. Time to move on and bring our light to our community.
I agree, speaking from one that was let go and know many others the were also. It does stink, but we have to get on with our life and not let it eat at us. It is tuff waking up one morning not having a real plan for the day, but it will get better
