Know my Store manager...... couldn't check a box off...on the L E A D E R... translation....does it get to the stores....or was it a nice 9 days off for the Store manager?

Any new word on the future of the PSE Program? Heard rumors of 3rd party, also of complete elimination, others that there is Zero change.
Weber has been and is the problem. Just another Marv lemming. Wishing, hoping does not put additional pay in your check. So sell like fools for no rewards. Marv is running the place like a 3rd World Sweat Shop.
Yep, I did about $12,000 in Pro today, and have another $6,000 I could have sold if they didn't take my CSA's to other areas. Pro Super off tomorrow and 2 other specialists. Leaves me and 1 other to do $45,000 in pro sales alone. I try to give sales to millwork or plumbing but they drop the ball. I figure, give amother specialist a sale, but my dept still gets credit, but unless you babysit those guys, nothing happens. Customer service calling overhead for pro loader to come to main entrance to load. All the rules made lasted a week. Which is why I wont go to the "encouraged" morning meeting to hear all the lies of what we're going to do. They will hire 20, which after their 1st weekend they work will drop to 12. Then after a month it will be about 6 left and you're lucky if 2 stay on.

They say one thing, but its the complete opposite in action, in reality.
I mean, a 5 yr old could flip me better sht then they do! We all know they are lies, complete bulls*t, and cover ups. Its blatantly obvious to the point its just pathetic!
Another example: Corporate lays out policy, then in smallprint states "based on neds of the store" and that the store manager has final say.
So all these "Pro" (commercial sales) dictates never get implemented in my store! 1 yr ago Marv & Co. laid out specifically every Pro positions responsibilities, schedules for each position, and what every associate involved should be doing. Loader, cashier, specialists, super, etc .. to the T!
Even Pro Hours which at first were 8 to 2, now reduced down to 8 to 12. No power equip IS TO BE USED DURING THESE HOURS. oR SO SAYS CORPORATE! wELL, COME TO MY STORE!!!
Every Pro associate will be working in other departments, covering for short staff, unloading trucks, and doing everything but Pro! Power equip will have every pro aisle blocked off, the loader will be across the parking lot gathering carts, the cashier will be listening to Imus, and NO ONE will be at the desk!! Been going on for years, we have contacted corp, questioned to managers, etc.
Know what we were told? Just do as your managers say! The store manager has final say.
Then why have corporate at all?

they say "fkk them" rt to us, then we do opposte in action of what corp is saying to do. then corp says, "well, the store manger has overall say on staffing and store needs".
