It certainly wouldn’t surprise me. What many of these companies miss is that experience speeds up all processes. It’s amazing that they don’t see it. It appears most things are short sighted these days.
Companies want 20-20-20. A 20-year-old willing to work 20 hours a day for 20 thousand a year. It's been that way everywhere for decades.
