Berkeley Farms in California closing?

DFA does not want them. Not included in deal. I thought someone on here was beating their chest like King Kong bragging how they are modern and great????

Apparently you didn't read the purchase agreement on the epiq site...it's only 97 pages and there is a whole section related to Berkeley Farms. I have no dog in the hunt (or inside info) as it relates to California, but not sure why you're compelled to spread disinformation.

I read all 133 pages on epiq site. It’s game over for Berkeley. Plant will just become a piece of development land.

On the flip side. You can always go to the fog horn to drain your sorrows away like me you do every Friday night.

Read the article. Bids being accepted for all plants not part of tge DFA agreement with a deadline for bids to be submitted in March. Also accepting bids with same deadline for plants that DFA wants-bidders for those plants have to outbid DFA. So progress is being made, but still a lot to be finalized.
