The companies are the issue as the second poster mentions. They lobby the government to find ways to increase profits. The foreign employees that Cummins brought here or employ here are the issue. Cummins mistreats them just as much as the locals. People who are trying to make this about locals vs H1B’s need to educate themselves on reality. Focus on the issues caused by the company and its pathetic management.
