Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

There are a multitude of things wrong at Lowe’s. Many have been added since Marvin joined Lowe’s.

What’s wrong with Lowe’s is they’re allowing Depot people to do whatever they want without repercussions. Store 2282 lost an ASM and the SM because you have an Area HR Manager (now an HR supervisor) based in the store who lives with a Department Manager in that store, both prior Depot and both still employed by Lowe’s. Both deny it and continue to lie about their relationship. Google their names and you’ll see the address is the same. Look on Facebook and you’ll see pictures of them sitting around playing late night poker, going to Hamburger Marys for dinner and a show...etc! This unethical Area HR did an investigation using statements from her live in Department Manager which in turn cost an ASM and the SM their jobs. Corporate knows about this complete abuse of power and did nothing to stop it! I know because I called and reported them! The entire store knows about their relationship and countless people have reported their relationship to managers in the store yet they continue to live together and the HR manager is still in a position to affect other people’s lives/careers if the Department Manager decides she doesn’t like someone and they need to do another INVESTIGATION. They’ve been seen numerous times together in public yet Lowe’s allows this unethical behavior to continue and Allowed it to cost two military veterans their careers!! Their plan went into action as soon the Lowe’s District Manager left to go to another District and they brought in a Home Depot lackey As the new District Manager who didn’t know the managers and only knew the world of the unethical HR Manager. I think the guy lasted 5 months before they took him out of his position because he ran it into the ground...yes in 5 shorts months...but he was able to hang on and they allowed him to take over as the Regional Pro Sales Manager...he even sold the new position as a promotion. That’s laughable because a promotion from District Manager is RVP...lol
Lowe’s corporate is allowing this kind of behavior and allowing it to cost good people their careers!! I guess as long as your background is Home Depot, anything goes!

Why would you WANT to work hard? You just get rewarded with more difficult work by your micromanagers. If the store beats last year by 200% you won't see another dollar. So what's the point?

Marvin knows full well what the problems are. He caused them , and could care less what you think. Don't waste your time listing them. It will fall on deaf ears, like a fart in the wind. He will burn this down, drive stock price up, cash out, and move on to the next victim.
