The vast majority of what Walmart associates think are "ethics" issues simply aren't. But far be it for me to point out the obvious.

Ethics and Walmart! Every time I see these two things in the same sentence I literally laugh out loud!

Hilarious!

This company stole nearly a BILLION $ in accrued sick time from its best most reliable employees. Do you really think they give 2 sh–s about ethics??? LOL!

At my previous store, numerous associates called Ethics on the store manager for yelling, screaming and swearing at associates and management. NOTHING was done. In fact the MHRM called the store manager and told him that people called and reported HIM. I call that pathetic!

Wrote ethics online myself for a number of reasons and nothing is being done. We have a toxic front end team lead at my store she is a bully and treats people like c-ap. Makes everyone miserable. Wrote ethics, nothing is being done. No one cares. Bad employees get rewarded at this company.
