what are contingent jobs?
It is to early to know yet, but I would be surprised if they did not.
No layoffs, they go through PDC and if cannot find a job among 409 contingent jobs and 130 open ones, it is their fault for being incapable of finding a position while executives at highest level demonstrated in chevron way how to over run 10 billion $ in TCO and be rewarded with cash and stock options, certainly incapable ones who cannot find a job among contingent positions are not wanted or needed.
