It's sad that leadership is not doing the right thing and firing everybody that misled the company into believing their enrollments were higher by creating fake opportunities, putting them in reg, and removing the start dates so that they still met their numbers. This is as good as stealing from the company. Better yet to have the nerve to walk on stage and accept an award for your efforts.... what efforts? Defrauding the company out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Especially when this was brought to leadership's attention 6 months ago. The active favoritism needs to stop and the right thing needs to be done. It would be a shame if reports showing every person and their defrauding ways made it into HRs hands or even out to the whole department to see who is actually not doing their jobs.
