It's all based on what Home Depot does. I don't know why we need high-prices executives when all we do is copy Home Depot.
I had to laugh though the last time I went to Home Depot, the one down the road from my store, they had a sign out that said "We're fully staffed! Associates in every department." It was mocking the sign at my store that was advertising our open positions.
They also had 3 cashier huts in their OSLG; we recently got one at my store. I guess we're only going to have one cashier out there this year.
Labor Day? LOL, we are open till 10PM all the time (except on Sundays) thanks to our District Manager.
