Chinese factories are closed thanks to coronavirus.
@ycr If Walmart properly staffed in the 4th quarter, they couldn't use 'too much OT' as an excuse to cut hours in the 1st quarter.
But then again, Walmart doesn't need any rationale, except for greed, to make associates lives miserable and the job as sh!tty as possible.
To save money so they can live better!!!
In 2 months & 14 days they will get their wish with this over 29 year id–t!
TOO much approved o.t. 4th quarter. Now we pay for it! Still didn't really hire to staff completely
Even with single digit increases over the holidays, I doubt we get a Myshare for this last quarter. It's no fun for the managers, either. A lot of the work is falling back on the ASMs and CO-Mgrs.
Because they want anyone with benefits and or making any money to quit. They are a terrible company and treat their employees like garbage.
