The saddest part about the new commercial is that in the metric driven environment.....NO ONE HAS TIME TO TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE WEARING .....If you stray off the script you won't meet your numbers and you will be fired! Sorry Jake but you are on your way out the door if you keep wasting time telling customers what you are wearing. Get back in adherence!

The metric environment forces folks to fudge numbers and move work to be in adherence. Literally it's garbage in garbage out caused by their micromanagement. It will never get better while SF sinks further down. Terrible top management.
Geico's commercials have been k–ling it lately! The one with the wolves, hilarious!
The usual State Farm. All image and no integrity to back up the image.
Commercial so far from reality. This is what you show the customer? Really? FAKE NEWS.
Yeah they are totally unqualified it who u know or related to that get the promo. We have lost a lot of good associates because of that direction. Don’t have that much longer Ed Senior would never had that b—s—. Some of the executive most never like anyways. I just hope we can survive this transition or what we are going thru someone made a big mistake
If Jake was related to someone in the top ranks he would be a director or SM by now. That’s the problem at State Farm they promote all the relatives from past executives. Mayn’t be the best fit but they get the position. It’s probably why we are such a mess now. 4 in my unit have left in last six months. Probably not the best idea to promote all the sons and daughters and friends upward. It’s k–ling the company. What a total mess we are in and they don’t know how to fix it. Most of the executives kids are trainwreck.
The really sad thing about the “old” Jake is that he’s still stuck in the same darn position, pretty much the way things go anymore in claims. Hard to get out while posting out is frozen. At least they were honest about that. Unfortunate they couldn’t have had the “old” Jake passing by as a manager-might’ve helped to draw new employees thinking you can grow and be developed at the Farm. Too late now.
I saw a new Jake commercial last night. He was not in his cube and out of adherence!!!
Redlining is wrong
@gob who owns and WEARS khakis anymore unless you work for Target??!! Gave mine to Goodwill in 1985, when I was still using MS-DOS. Oh wait... we are still using DOS
Slave Farm call center HELL!!!
Spot on! There’s no time for caring or empathy
Wanna play the game? Lets play! It's going to cost them big bucks because their socialist world will catch up. So smart their stupid!!!
Khaki day????
It seems like they are trying to force out the employees who were here before all this insanity began. Newbies have no idea that State Farm used to treat employes pretty fairly. At least giving them the benefit of the doubt. Everything is black or white now. No humanity
It’s a show in systems too
@uvq it's a freaking UNReality show!!
It's even more ridiculous and unbelievable than anyone who doesn't work for State Farm could ever imagine. I have always exceeded the adherence metric. But I recently got called out by my manager for going into Unplanned Activity to use the restroom for 4 minutes. When I got back I logged out for a scheduled module. We get 2-3 minutes leeway, so I logged out 1 minute too soon. I was told it looks like call avoidance! WTF!!! What has this place turned into???!!!
It’s not even really metric drive. It’s a show
It’s all so ridiculous and unexplainable
