Feb 10th was the deadline for company to notify court of planned sale or to file a plan detailing the planned restructure of the company. Deadline has been extended to Feb 24.

If you read the final order you would see we have until July for the decision on the route we are taking otherwise the other dates are in march and may.these court dates for Feb are just for the creditors
I don't think they've actually said (in any legal way) that there is a restructuring plan. But it appears as if they'll either have to throw one together really quickly or have some buyers in place by the 19th or else we might see Chapter 7 in the 24th.
Yeah they are saying there is a restructuring plan so the court would approve those bonuses and compensation.....lol.the sad part is they'll get it
Restructure plan, HA! We know there isn't one. Those dingbats at corporate must have really thought they could dump everything on DFA and get out clean.
