Heard a rumor going around from inside Atlanta HQ of possibly doing away with locomotives we currently run, and pulling trains with the J Class 611. Talks about building a few more, which the only shop capable of doing so would be RLS as the previous ones were built there obviously. PSR bringing back steam while continuing to removing jobs.

RRT is not going anywhere ... There are many of people in management that paid into it with years in the crafts to allow this to happen . They want that cake as well ... PSR is a fictitious money grab for shareholders but Job losses are not fiction. It is a terrible reality. The worst part is that the needle barely budged with the operating ratio .and all the cuts . February is a slow month and layoffs occur but this is different this time around .
