Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Consumer Litigation Associates Letter

Has anyone else received a letter from the Consumer Litigation Associates? I have not received it yet, but I can it’s on the way. Just wondering if anyone had gotten it and what it pertains too.

Does this pertain to stolen sick time? I had heard there may be a class action in the works but haven't heard anything definitive. Should be a slam dunk, you can't tell someone they're earning a benefit and then after it's already been accrued and promised take what's already earned. Some say it's legal because sick time isn't required by law, that isn't the problem though. The problem is Walmart falsely told employees they were accruing sick time, you can't intentionally lie about what your employees are earning.
