Anyone know when the next office closing announcement is going to be?

Bham’s gotta go. It’s been on borrowed time for a while.
Aggressive micromanaging of the over 45-50 folks. Telling them pretty much they won’t get a good rating cause it will be “harder” with no specifics. . Plus little meaningful raises or promotional opps. Profiling and using non existent and non communicated metrics I guess.
Too many managers acting like coaches and “ “accounting”, data and budget gurus making way too much for what they do is NOT cost savings.
Not sure what to think really.
Yes, importance of hubs has not changed. And yes, leased spaces will likely shrink/disappear. The time horizon is what changed. Much later than this year or next. That was not the original concept but turnover in the hubs has placed brakes on original plans. No closures through 2022.
Til they look at the enormous cost of having way too many Managers and Tech Managers who do nothing except brag about their areas and don’t even know the work or try. State Farm
Might as well keep as many buildings open. LDPs are a buddy thing.
Since all buildings with the exception of Bloomington are leased.....when you shrink leased space you would be closing down those facilities eventually.....
No closings? There are still 17 non-hub locations. MT has made it clear that hubs are the future.
No closings. Will just shrink leased space.
It seems like we are overdue for more closures - it’s been almost 3 years since the last announcement. Now that we are on track to lose our #1 position in a couple of years, MT is going to get desperate to cut more costs - he thinks that is the path to success.
waiting to see how many "associates" will be in the atlanta building.
