Managers keep walking around the store taking pictures of us, usually with their personal cell phones. They dont ask for permission, and they usually don’t even tell us that they’re doing it. One of my buddies confronted one of them about it, and she said it’s for “company stuff.” He asked her why she was using her personal cell phone for it, she said “it’s none of your business “. Wtf?

They can take pictures of you. You sign an agreement when you join Lowe’s that you waive your rights for video taping for corporate training purposes. It was there when I was hired as an HR manager in 2017 in the statement of business ethics if I recall. I thought it was odd but I am one of those people that scroll through stuff they sign. Lol. If it is still there I am not sure, since you know HRM’s were eliminated an all.... anyway it used to be an agreement you signed.
My manager always says “hey I have to send a pic to my boss, you wanna move or be in it?”
We had a male asm get fired for taking pictures of female associates.
The original post was made about 22 hours ago which puts us at Saturday night. Looks like someone could not handle a beer and had to post a BS story! We may not work at the best company in the world, but please give it a rest.
Live PD gets around it saying they are recording normal exposed surroundings.
If you're in the shot, too bad.
They can't go in someone's home without permission, but anything outside is fair game.
I'm calling bull $h!t on the original post.
Full of vague terms."company stuff"..."none of your business.." prove it, name the Store, give the Store number, give the date YOU saw it happen, not your fake word with friends buddy's.
You're just trolling.
There's enough things to worry about that this bassakward company is doing to k–l morale drive out quality employees without having some A$$hole stirring the pot.
Get a life ja gg off
Just show them a picture of their house on your cell phone that usually shuts them up
can they take pix of us when we're sh–ting? Let cameras record. a person taking a photo of me without my permission - they're going to have a problem.
You do realize there are cameras recording literally 24 hrs a day right? Keep fishing for things to complain about. Grab some tissues and your blanky it’s gonna be a long road for you.
