Yes, the holdover AVP and his grinning bootlickers are useless. Bank's only goals are treading water and doing no harm to Mother Mutual until they figure out how to divest themselves of it.
Forget any pie in the sky talk about Bank replacing some of the lost auto revenue. You can also forget career development, unless of course you are one of the holdover AVP's grinning bootlickers.
