Big surplus coming in CT. 200 SST1`s being moved into sales positions. Now that the SST1 job title includes several different job functions as one title ,line gang, splicers, cable repair and prem techs this will be interesting when the dust settles and force rearrangement has to fill the holes.

Yeah ask FL sales reps why they barely can make a $2000 comp check but the upsell reps are banking $3,000 to $5,000 month after month! Bottom line Hathaway and Crowder don’t care at all about their sales force. Those two need to be replaced when the bankruptcy and reorganization occurs.
The sad truth is commission isn’t that easy to hit! Ask Florida reps! Remember your hrly is guaranteed.The clowns at Frontier can raise your quota at any time if too many are easily hitting it!
They cut commissions on avg 1-2 a year so receiving them just means they will lower your pay every chance they get. The emails they send out when they steal your money are pure comedy.
