Never in my life has I seen less accountability than I have with the corporate team that sets the MST team up for failure every single day. Blueprints always wrong, planograms updated daily because they are wrong, map never looked at by corporate just us, district staff has zero answers and all the while we have to be 100% on everything or else. This is the biggest bunch of b.s. I have ever seen. Why not develop the plan correctly and have us execute it at the store level and stop having the store teams do a job that someone else is paid for. I love it when you actually start emailing corporate and the blame game starts. i have personally seen a chain of 17 emails get going and then when it gets back to the originally person they just start the chain all over. All the project analyst and deployment people need to be replaced. maybe they should spend a little less time working on there linkedin profiles and emails pictures and spend some time getting us what we need. I am so sick and tired of this job now it keeps me up at night. They added all kinds of management, when you look at the reports chains it actually makes me sick. Here we have all these people making good money and not being held accountable for anything. One might ask how I know they are not held accountable, well....these names I keep seeing are the same people that haven't been able to do there jobs for at least the past 5 years and they are still there. No matter how many times they drop the ball, no matter how many mistakes they make that someone at the store level has to clean up, they still remain. THE ONCE WHAT WAS THE PSA PROGRAM IS NOW MUDDIED UP WITH TO MANY LAYERS OF MANAGEMENT AND UNDERPAID PEOPLE IN THE STORE. ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN IN THIS PROGRAM FOR A WHILE SEE'S THE LACK OF SUPPORT AND THE PURE IGNORANCE OF THE CORPORATE STAFF....GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

Our MST's have been told by Store management we can't Store Use cleaning supplies. How are we supposed to service the bays?
Every new 3rd party transition, scheduling change, staff reduction, role change, new hire training, blah blah blah is the same "snafu". Corporate says do it and "ditto" from the previous post...….it rolls right down.
