What is the % band for target bonus based on indivudual performance and position in 9box at level 6 ?
Is it between 110% to 130% or more based on mets or exceeds expectation ?

@3eht Companies are too focused on the shareholders and propping up their stock price (for what that's worth) for short term gains than to focus on long term quality and what the customers wants.
Until that latter happens.....
If the "staff" or higher levels deserve their higher bonuses, we would see some growth in the company rather then the same financials quarter by quarter and reduction in market share.
I suggest the "staff" members get back to work and focus on producing reliable vehicles that customers want. Is that too much to ask ?

When I was a level 6, I focused on my deliverables, not my bonus. How do you expect to be promoted? Take it from me, Staff Level employees deserve their company car and higher bonus percentage. Lower level employees haven’t proven themselves yet. Please get back to work.
