Quiet

Where’s Vena? Haven’t heard him in a while. Besides the foreman cuts about to happen and them closing the Hump at Davidson yard it’s been quiet. Is the end near? Can we relax and not have to worry about having a job next week?

He's probably looking for a place to hide. The sh– going on with this PSR is real bad. The CEO approval rating is down to 8%, and yet no word from Layoff Lance. If you really think about, the entire executive team has been quiet lately. The new StraightUP article had no mention of PSR in it.

I heard he went looking for Madison University to recruit some more Vice Presidents, but apparently when he went to the address listed on their taxes it was an empty parking lot next to a dollar general in Mississippi. Oh well. Safe travels back Mr Vena.

I gave up worrying about that job for a while. I knew it was coming at some point and it did. When that day came, I left, and just didn't give a f—. I won't even consider going back now. It was a time in my life that I really want to forget. There's no way I could trust that company ever again.

You mean 51 to 1 VP to m as manager then 50 to 1 manager to worker

No.. They won’t stop until they get at least a 5:1 manager to employee ratio
