Except for cutting staff, the associate role and the supervisor role have not been touched in years except to take work away, amazingly. How do you have a supervisor who supervises basically nothing besides one or two associates, while other executives are run into the ground?

And it's not true about not being cut in years. I lost half my team and hours in 2017-2018. I quit last year.
