Let me point out here that marvin Ellison calls himself Christian ends every podcast saying god bless you. Joe McFarland says he is a veteran and sympathetic to veterans. Lets get down to brass tacks cut the garbage and get down to brutal facts. These guys are hired guns by d.e. shaw and bill ackman. They are puppets on a string and the shaw and ackman tell them when to squat. They are totally heartless don't give 3 kahunas about you or anybody else works for lowes. The reason why they limited employees to only putting 25 percent of 401k funds to lowes stock was for no other reason than to limit the voice of employees.Limit the power.Dont believe the garbage handed us that we should diversify our holdings. Total garbage. Totally ruthless people here wouldn't provide oxygen to you if you were in a jug. Recently they refused to be interviewed regarding taking away the spiff allowance from a lot of hard working highly dedicated employees who by the way are largely responsible for lowes being where they are today.Again totally heartless stone cold non caring leadership that could care less that folks have a home to pay for grandkids to enjoy or a planning of a future. Really non compassionate people that have zero conscious. Just simply pointing out some things clarifying some things good luck to lowes nation because you need it,

THEIR HYPOCRISY KNOWS NO LIMITS...
That’s why I quit last December. Current executive staff is going to bleed this company dry take the money and run. Everyone left behind will be twisting in the wind. They don’t care anything about the employees. Marvin doesn’t care about the employees all you have to do is look at his actions it tells you everything you need to know. The best thing anybody can do that is working for this company at this point is to work the benefit in their favor if there ceases to be a benefit they need to get out! You will not be served well staying with this company. Joe is a bigot by the way his words disparaging the Hispanic community spilled too easily off his lips.

Who cares about Marvin? We’re stuck with him! We tried to give him back to Home Depot and JC Penney’s but they don’t want him either.
Remember when we all hated Nibbler and wanted someone else? Well look who we got, Marvin. At least with Nibbler we had some fun times with Lowe’sbot, that exoskeleton suit, the holoroom; all from the Nibbler. Where is he now? Lowe’s needs him back!
If Marvin's so good, why didn't Home Depot promote him?
A couple of things to keep in mind...Marvin once exclaimed that a company's employees were its strongest asset and then contradicted his statements with his actions. He also said he didn't hire his friends but he has hired people he worked with along the way. The IT woman from Target, Joe MacFarlane and a bunch of other people he worked with. So, I would say Marvin is just not reliable and cannot be trusted. So, I do not put much stock in anything he says or does.
