Stoneywood old school management has been a disaster for baker more likely
Problem now is the company reputation is gone.
We have lost 80% of our work in the UK.
Our Aberdeen office is about 20% the size it was 5 years ago and we kept alot of dead wood with no experience opting for keeping cheap labour which has totally backfired as so many mistakes we just lost the contracts.
Any good people have then left as treated like utter dogs so now left with very inexperienced people who think they are amazing but only have a job as no one else wants it.
We can't even fill staff positions becase paying almost 40% less then even weatherford.
The company is a total mess.
is GEs severance package similar to BH’s or worse
GE buying Baker has been a disaster for Baker. We're now rid of corporate GE but GE Oil and Gas managers are still prevalent and that'll probably be the death of the company. You can't convince me that the same people who drove GE Oil and Gas into the ground, won't drive the new "green paperclip" company into the ground.
how many jobs lost in Aberdeen office by stoneywood old school. what a train wreck by incompetent mgrs 😩
I left as a 2 and came back as a 5. #gravytrain
problem is managers were the dead wood
no surprise to anyone aberdeen office went down the toilet. need to understand team concepts, key players from deadwood etc
If you lose your service , eg stoneywoods, either means you don’t do it very well or you don’t know what you’re doing. Why would any company hire these numnuts after they were fired for incompetence. unless they are also under performers
I did it twice. Got severance twice too. Nice
gud laugh in the pub at the numtys who lost all the stoneywood drilling contracs. What a bunch of clowns
