Received severance and vacation pay on the next pay cycle after last day. Not sure about retention pay as none of us were offered it. Maybe they are not paying it out early and the last round of retention bonus is due...what early april??

Still waiting for stay bonus. Been waiting a month.
Got let go on 12/31. Got severance & last paycheck on 1/13. Still waiting on retention bonus. Getting worried that HCL will find a loophole to get out of paying it to me. So glad to be out of that toxic environment! Good luck to my fellow XBS family!!
the severance will not be sent to you until you sign the separation package that you will not sue them.
