Were there layoffs at DTCI today? Former Fox employees or Disney employees as well?

Disney DTCI also laid off a lot of people in the Seattle office among other places. My entire department was among those made redundant. A lot of resources are being concentrated back in Bristol as ESPN’s leadership takeover of Disney/FOX continues.
Layoffs started Wednesday 3/4 at Fox and Thursday 3/5 at DTCI. They’re consolidating their distribution, cable, broadcast, streaming, and data centers to Bristol and The Woodlands (which still has to be built out). Everything thing else will cease operations by mid 2021. That means everyone goes. NABET was notified by email with the list of everyone going and the handful of those staying on. No numbers yet but there were two meetings, morning and afternoon.
