DOJ is really getting into the business according to the company chatter. The company management is worried its stalling their planned asset grab to parties they want to have it.

We’ve been shut down for just about two months now. I’ve been making hours up by cleaning up, training and bull p–ping with other associates in the training room. Out bosses continue to tell us the same information over and over again.. and our discussions repeat themselves multiple times in one day. I feel like we are never getting back to work and it’s sad. Its happening the newly in place management wants it to happen to sell to tied interests of their liking.
Can't say I heard it first hand, but apparently a high jacked phone recorded a discussion about China company being interested and a chapter 7 fire sale.
Who knows, nothing is gospel - sorta like the management telling people they are going it alone without a sale but telling everyone deep discussions were already done with DFA after the chapter 11 announcement.
Justice department I think is going to say no to the merger.
Where did the China rumor come from? It was floating around several years ago also.

And the justice department is gonna say no to DFA buying.
Maybe they want it to go chapter 7 to buy it.
