Yea, changes are coming. The same old crew are walking around this morning talking about new project roles. Career planning and assessments are such a waste of time, does anyone ever look at them? How is it that the same people mysteriously dodge the bullet every time. This place is such a BS emporium.

Don’t trust the Speak Up Line !!! I submitted some feedback and ended up being questioned by two senior leaders a week later. I was cut from Pepsi 8 week later. A coincidence ? I think not. It’s a process designed to expel anyone that complains.

Call the speak up line and tell them people are planning der careers talking about projects going about there merry way. Sounds like a group of absolute savages you’re dealing with.
Who cares what company or band ? So yuh think somebody may actually do something about it ? Oh ya, maybe it should be reported to The Speak Up Line with complete anonymity ? Strange how those who report to the Speak Up Line end up in a room being interrogated by directors. Favor based assignments are blatantly obvious, do you really need people to call them out here?
