We were informed this week:

  • transfers to Odessa approved
  • no yard time unless dispatch calls
  • micromanaging everything

The signal I received was we are about to get starved out again w/ no guaranteed 40 this time and leave if you don’t like changes.

Kilgore, TX Cement is the weak, poser in grade school trying to act the part and will end up with nothing but a beating.

I have the same feeling at DMC, all the rumors slowed down then in February 2016 the hammer dropped lots of people cut, now more people than work nothing coming.
