Store Manager and the Sales Manager telling the Appliance Specialists that the Spiff Program is back at a morning meeting. Nonsense! I called out their BS upfront.

The store I work in is one of the test stores that starts this month. We were told at last week's specialist meeting our goals and what the specialist have to make "per hour" in sales and the dept. goals.
But we are not eligible to get the stores quarterly bonuse. Was told the test will be for 3 months.
Maybe not spiff per say but a new incentive program is coming to specialist by April. Supposedly they can make up to $500 a month.
What's the point of telling a lie like that when you have to know it will only live for about 12 days before everyone finds out you're a liar?
