Agree honesty is the only way through this. All the business units had webcasts to communicate the reinforcement of the Boeing values last week, and on the same day the BGS CFO advised against frivolous expenditures, the 50 person strong BGS Finance leadership team went to a team dinner at Del Frisco's, so the culture of "you all need to spend wisely but that doesn't apply to me as an executive" lives on.
They do need to be honest. But where do they even start?
