Any rumors of what the IT Bonus payout percentage might be?

I hope it’s higher now that they got rid of all the dead weight back in February
IT is usually about 30% lower than regular employees. The explanation that we received from our director was it is competitive with other companies. At first blush it appears unfair, but when working from home is taken into account, it is understandable.
It’s quite insensitive to discuss your upcoming bonus on a lay-off site. Find an alternate platform.
